In
order to make the most of our time together during the free demonstration,
property owners may consider preparing specific questions and
budget requirements prior to our meeting. Generally, our demonstrations
require up to an hour and a half.
If
the homeowner decides to purchase a Lighting Designs' outdoor
lighting system, a contract must be signed and half of the total
must be paid in order for the work to be performed. The contract
consists of the lights being purchased and the work being performed.
This protects Lighting Designs from losses if the homeowner changes
their mind at the last minute.
The
bigger the job the more incentives the homeowner receives. Our
basic installation usually starts around $1,800 - $2,000 but it all
depends upon what the homeowner is looking for. We have installed
jobs anywhere from $1,450 to $78,000.
Installs Requiring 1 to 2 days to complete:
- Investment range from $1,800 to $3,800
- Approximately 10 - 20 fixtures, 1 or 2 transformers
Installs Requiring 3 to 5 days to complete:
- Investment range from $3,800 to $11,000
- Approximately 20 - 60 fixtures, 2 to 3 transformers
Installs Requiring 5 to 10 days to complete:
- Investment range from $11,000 to $29,500
- Approximately 60 -150 fixtures, 4-6 transformers
Installs Requiring 10 to 20 days to complete:
- Investment range from $29,500 to ??????
- Approximately 150 plus fixtures, multiple transformers

All
work is scheduled on a first come, first served basis. If your
lighting project has a deadline or needs to be coordinated with
other trades working on your property, please allow for ample
scheduling times by contacting us in advance.
